The space between the desk and the bed was really small, which made working at the desk difficult if you wanted to get up.

Close proximity to ferry and old city. Really nice breakfast, with variety. Friendly helpful staff & cleaners. Afternoon coffee & cookies. Bright reception lounge area.
Quite outdated decor. Stained curtains. Carpets need a deep cleaning. Quite pricey for a room looking out into a dark alley. Only a few sea facing, bright rooms. No ramp at hotel entrance, no help with bags up steep staircase. Definitely not 4 star, more 3.5
